By accessing or using our website at timeline.dating, our mobile application (if applicable), or any related services, including our matchmaking services, (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Timeline offers matchmaking services through the Service, focused on serious relationships, marriage, and family-building through verified profiles, timeline matching, and AI compatibility insights. We are not a dating agency or broker; we facilitate connections based on user-provided information.
Timeline Dating also offers paid consulting services, including one-on-one dating strategy engagements ("Strategy Services"). Strategy Services are governed by these Terms and by a separate written service agreement provided to each client prior to payment. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement controls for that engagement. Fees for Strategy Services are stated at the time of purchase and payable in advance. Refund and cancellation terms are set forth in the applicable service agreement. You have the right to cancel a Strategy Services agreement within three (3) business days of signing and receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Strategy Services provide personal opinion, coaching, and strategic guidance only. They are not, and are not a substitute for, therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and Timeline Dating is not a licensed mental health provider. We do not guarantee any particular relationship outcome.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our site and Service. By using our site or Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, use our services for lawful purposes only, and not misuse or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
All content on the site and Service is the property of Timeline Dating or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeline Dating shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
